We are pleased to announce that GoldenWing (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) certification from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in December 2024, which is the first batch of preclinical large animal testing centers for medical devices in China to obtain this qualification.

In early October this year, GoldenWing Medical, a subsidiary of Medphoenix Group, underwent a rigorous audit by GLP inspectors from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). After a comprehensive and meticulous inspection by the expert panel, GoldenWing Medical demonstrated exceptional levels in key areas such as laboratory management, animal testing, personnel management, experimental facilities, quality assurance system and documentation, and successfully passed the OECD GLP on-site inspection.

What is OECD GLP?

OECD GLP，whose full name is Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Good Laboratory Practice，is a set of internationally recognized laboratory practices. They are designed to ensure the quality of data from non-clinical health and environmental safety studies and the reliability of test results.
